Here are the steps I try to keep in mind:
- Sit on the mat in crab position
- Place one hand behind you
- The other hand in front of you
- Open hips
- Then belly
- Then chest
- Then shoulders
- Reach back, like cutting your head in half
- Keep your eyes on your hand
- Return to starting position
- Switch hands
- If possible keep your butt hovering over the ground when switching hands
