Mobility flow — Get Stronger Together

Over the last few weeks I have shared one mobility drill at a time. In this post, I’m weaving 5 mobility drills together to create a fun little mobility flow.

Here’s how it works. Do 1 rep of each of these drills below back to back.

MOBILITY DRILL 1 -> Spinal wave

MOBILITY DRILL 2 -> Front Lunge Reach Back to Front Kick

MOBILITY DRILL 3 -> Side Kick Through

transition to…

MOBILITY DRILL 4 -> Wild Thing

MOBILITY DRILL 5 -> Bear Crawl Kisses

It might be wobbly at first, but with some practice you’ll love how open your body feels after doing this flow a few times. Turn on some music to make it even more fun.
