Straight Bar Dip into L-Sit Pull-up Transition — Get Stronger Together

Here are a few tips on how to control the descent while trying this combo:

Jump MU on Low Bar ➡️ Straight Bar Dip ➡️ Transition to Eccentric Descent ➡️ L-Sit Pull-up

  • Retract shoulders
  • Engage core
  • Jump and push the bar away
  • Go into a dip
  • Push back up
  • Pull belly button into spine
  • Rotate wrists
  • Engage glutes
  • Point Toes
  • Lower yourself with control
  • Now do a L-Sit pull-up
