Here are a few tips on how to control the descent while trying this combo:
Jump MU on Low Bar ➡️ Straight Bar Dip ➡️ Transition to Eccentric Descent ➡️ L-Sit Pull-up

- Retract shoulders
- Engage core
- Jump and push the bar away
- Go into a dip
- Push back up
- Pull belly button into spine
- Rotate wrists
- Engage glutes
- Point Toes
- Lower yourself with control
- Now do a L-Sit pull-up
